- Diet pills, they may be dangerous, but you're not dieting to be healthy. Being thin is more important than anything!
- When you get the urge to snack, clean something, and use lots of chemicals. The smell will curb your appetite
- Chew sugar-free gum. It will make you more hungry at first, but later you'll get nauseated.
- Don't ever eat out!
- Don't eat anything you don't know the nutritional values of!
- Tea helps to calm a hungry belly. It soothes and fills you up.

- Think of all the things you'd like to eat, and think of how many calories that are... and how many lbs!
- Keep a diary of food intake, apparently you're 30% less likely to overeat if you've planned your meals ahead of time, it also helps you to identify what kinds of food you binge on so you can stop buying them so it won't happen any more.
- Don't eat anything four hours before going to bed, your body needs that time to digest and metabolize the food, anything eating less than four hours before going to bed will just sit in your stomach while you sleep and if you weight yourself in the morning it won't be accurate.
- Have a sip of water between every one or two bites, this is helpful for three reasons: 1. it will fill you up faster 2. water is great for you 3. because the water rinses out your mouth you'll be able to taste each bite more and it will be more satisfying.
- Don't eat anything you don't know the exact amount of calories in, if you don't know what's in it, chances are it's not something you want to be eating.

- Drink a lot of water- Wake up late, so you don't have enough time to eat at home- Convince yourself (and others!) that your allergic to things- Say your ill- Say you've already ate- Go to bed early, you can't eat when you're asleep- Say you'll eat somewhere else- Say your on a medication which screws up your appetite- Leave a plate with breadcrumbs in the kitchen- Take some cookies, or chips up to your room, and trow it away, then leave the empty packages in a place where parent will notice them- When you're at a party or something, just find something like a muffin or a piece of pie you can carry around, throw away some bites, and eventually, hide the whole thing- Don't forget to get rid of food you where supposed to eat, get rid of all the evidence!- Put your diet pill in a vitamin bottle- Don't tell anyone you think you're fat!- Don't tell anyone you're on a diet!- Tell people you are sooo hungry for a hamburger or something, then disappear, and when you return, tell them it was delicious!- Invent some mysterious illness, which will be a good excuse not to eat- Pretend to be in love (takes away you're appetite!)-Clear your internet history!Excuses:- I'm not hungry- I already ate- I feel sick- I will eat later- I'm allergic- I don't have any money (and forgot my bread, and yeah, I'm allergic to everything, so I can't eat yours!)- I'm a veggie/vegan- I don't like...- I have to go somewhere- Just say no- It's almost dinner time, and my mom cooked a massive family dinner
- Vitamins: You can overdose on vitamins so be careful but for the most part take a multi vitamin every day and then take a couple specialty vitamins. There are vitamins specifically for hair. They help because as most of us know you do lose hair.
- Mints and Gum: These are great for curbing hunger but be sure that you get sugarfree because regular mints and gum have more calories. ( Altoids have 250 calories per tin and gum has 15 per stick) Sugarfree gum has about 5 cals.
- Bulion cubes: For a 5 calorie fix these work the best for me. Just heat up dome water and throw in a cube and you have chicken broth.
- Egg Whites: An egg with yolk has about 120 calories but if you just eat the whites it is only 20 calories per egg
- Black Pepper: Using black pepper on eggs or in soups or any other food speeds up your metabolism.
- Water: 8 Glasses of ice water burns about 300 calories and sice water has none it is the best staple and you should carry water with you everyehere.
- Lemons: Using lemon in water or if you can hadle it eating a lemon is great, they are natural dieretics.
- Pickles: ( read lable ) pickles have about 5 calories and are good for curbing hunger.
- Diet Soda: gives you flavor without calories. I drink caffinated diest soda for the extra energy
- Coffee: This helps fill you and warm you up
- Berries: Most berries are also dieretics and make great meals
- Fruit: Fruits ecspecially citrus friuts help burn calories. Stay away from bananas though because they give bulk.
- Crystal Light: 5 calories per glass
- Suck on a cherry cough drop if you feel the urge to eat. It leaves a bad taste with food.
- One of my favorite foods to eat is lettuce with salsa and fat free sour cream. Its really good and fills you up.
- Sugarfree Jello - its great for a sweet craving but only has 10 calories a serving.
- Spicy salad - for those of you who like things with a little kick i make this good salad to try... Lettuce, salsa and fat free sour cream ( its low cal and really good )
- Coffee: of course good ole coffee helps with energy and sooths the stomach
3 Rules:
7-7 rule
Dinner must be eaten by 7.00 pm. After dinner no food is consumed until
7.00 am at the earliest. This is basically the same as a 12-hour fast,
meaning, if you live by this rule for a year, you have fasted a half
year! Mainly one should do this because your metabolism slows down at
night, and if you consume food it will be harder to burn the calories.
3 hour eat/sleep
3 hours must pass between the last time you and and the time you go to
bed. This ensures that you are actively burning calories while the food
is initially digesting, versus, when you are sleeping, when metabolism
slows and you burn fewer calories. Very important because you want to
burn as many as you can!
2 times a day
You must weigh yourself twice a day. Once at night before you go to
sleep, and once after using the bathroom in the morning. This is more a
self-esteem booster then anything else. You are always thinner in the
morning.
if you're a smoker and you're hungry, light up a cigarette it curbs your appetite
when you are hungry do something gross like cleaning up the litter box
Don't Swallow! take a bite, chew, and spit it out
Go somewhere food is not allowed.
Give yourself a goal for everyday of every week. This way you will not get off track.
dont slouch
never eat alone. always have someone around when you finally do eat then you can say "i ate"
always wear a rubber band on your wrist, when you're tempted - twang, you wont be for long
Keep a
thinspiration book. If you're not reading it, work on it, and if you're
not working on it, read it. And if you're in between, think about it
Decorate
the inside of your bedroom door with quotes and thinspiration pics.
Everytime you walk out, remember what you are working for. What you are
striving for!!!
use your
mind - think about what the food would look like in your body after you
have eaten it... hopefully that will put you off
Keep a note card with your fav. model pic on one side, and some quotes, or a saying
Do some jumping jacks or something to boost your metabolism.
Draw an outline of yourself on your wall with pencil. Stand in the shape and compare.
Become a veggie eater!
Get an Ana Buddy!!!

stressed out and you can go for 8hrs without being hungry or wanting to

get comfy in bed, being comfy means you don't want to move, which means no getting up to get food
Even when you're sitting move you foot or leg,every calorie counts
When you're feeling hungry drink something warm like tea Because it opens your digestion track and makes you feel full*
Think of how you'd look 10-15 pounds lighter...then think how you'd look 10-15 pounds heavier...scary huh?!*
WORKOUT
Keep some diet pills, laxatives around just incase of an emergency.
Avoid Carbohydrates
Sleep at least six hours a night
Buy small clothes...and look at them every time you're hungry..*
Lower the temp. in your house...burn more cals when you're cold
When you get hunger pains, curl up in a ball*

Pick one
food for the day, like an apple. Cut it into 4 quarters. Eat one part
for breakfast, one for lunch, one for dinner, and you've got one left
over for a snack.
Take a
polaroid picture of yourself wearing nothing but your underwear. When
you want to binge, look at it, and see all that fat that you need to get
rid of? Carry it in your wallet whenever you go somewhere where there
will be food.
Wear gooey lipstick. If you eat your going to have to reaply it, because it will be smudged all over the place.
When your
home by yourself and you want to binge, pretend that there is someone
there with you. Like your husband, boyfriend, or crush. Imagine what a
pig they'd think you were if they saw you eating all that stuff.
If you live
by yourself and prone to binges, buy only the food you need for the
day. That way if you eat it, there isn't anymore.
Brush your
teeth constantly. Who wants to spoil that fresh, minty, clean feeling
with food? Besides, most foods don't taste good after brushing, so why
eat them?
When you go
to a restaraunt order something you know you don't like and tell people
you want to try something new. Then say your not eating because you
don't like the food.
Eat using chopsticks.
eat with the opposite hand you normally do.
Figure out what makes you binge.
adopt a dog and feed him your food.
Everyone knows that it hurts to chew when you've got a tooth ache, so complain that your teeth hurt.
