Three Day Diet

Day 1: Breakfast- 1/2 a grapefruit,
                               1 slice of whole wheat toast with1 tbsp peanut butter
                                black coffee or green tea 

             Lunch-       1/2 cup of tuna
                                1 slice of whole wheat toast
                                black coffee or green tea
 
             Dinner-       3 oz of any meat
                                1 cup of string beans
                                1 cup of carrots
                                1 small apple
                                1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream (this is to suppress your craving of sweets)

Day 2: Breakfast-  1 hardboiled egg
                                1 slice whole wheat toast
                                1/2 of a banana
                                 black coffee or green tea

             Lunch-        1/2 cup lite cottage cheese,
                                 5 saltines

             Dinner-       2 hot dogs
                                1 cup of cabbage or broccoli,
                                1/2 cup carrots or turnip greens,
                                1/2 banana
                                1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Day 3: Breakfast-  1 hardboiled egg,
                                1 slice of wheat toast
                                 black coffee or green tea

            Lunch-         1 slice of low cal cheese
                                 5 saltines
                                 1 small apple
                                 black coffee or green tea

            Dinner-        1 cup of tuna
                                 1 cup of carrots or beets
                                 1 cup of green beans or cauliflower
                                 1 small apple
                                 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream




The Orange Diet.

Breakfast: 1 cup black coffee, 1 orange
Lunch: 1/2 cup corn flakes, 1 orange
Snack: 1 low calorie string cheese, 1/2 cup of orange juice
Dinner: 1 cup of lettuce, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 orange

Breakfast: 1 slice reduced-calorie bread
                   1-2 cups black coffee
                    total: 45 calories

Lunch: 1 medium-large apple
             total: 120 calories

Dinner: 8 baby carrots
              total: 40 calories

Total: 200 calories,






Super Restriction Oatmeal Diet.This is a featured page

Breakfast: One packet of sugar free instant oatmeal.

Lunch: Diet soda

Dinner: Tea w/ no-cal sweetener
total: 120-165 calories




The Clothes Diet.

Buy a pair of jeans the size that you want to fit into. So for example if you buy a size 5 then you will eat 500 calories a day until you fit into them. Make sure the jeans are an expensive brand to you. This will motivate you more if they are worth fitting into.



The Ballerina Diet

Rules:
  1. Do not overeat
  2. You cannot combine different protein products, such as fish and chicken
  3. You cannot add salt to anything
  4. Milk and dairy products should not contain fat
  5. You should drink 2 liters of water, you cannot drink 30 minutes before eating

The Diet:


Breakfast- 1/3 pack of fat free cottage cheese and a glass of warm skim milk
Snack- Bread with margarine, a cup of coffee, a teaspoon of honey
Lunch- A tablespoon of cooked rice, drink one cup of broth, and eat a piece of meat. No more than 150g
Dinner- 2 hours before bedtime have a glass of warm milk or 1 yogurt with 1 teaspoon of honey

The Lemon Diet.

Wake-up drink
Glass of lemonade

Breakfast
Fruit salad (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and cherries)
An apple, a pear, an organic yogurt and a handful of raw almonds

Morning snack
A glass of lemonade
A banana
A handful of sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds

Lunch
Bean or lentil salad with lemon, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil dressing

Afternoon snack
Glass of lemonade
A helping of cucumber, radishes and celery

Dinner
Grilled fish with lemon juice
Steamed veg

1 hour before bedtime
Glass of lukewarm or hot lemonade

This diet will allow you to lose weight and still feel full as well. 




3 Day Fruit Diet.

Breakfast:
1 piece of high-carb fruit (banana, large pear, ½ mango)

Lunch:
1 piece high-fiber fruit (apple, plums, ½ cup berries)

Dinner:
1 piece citrus fruit (orange, small grapefruit, tangerine, 2 clementines)




Caroline Kettlewell Diet.


Breakfast:
½ cup fat-free yogurt 
total: 100 calories

Lunch:
1 clementine or 1 small orange
total: 45 calories

Dinner:
3 bites of dinner
total: 100 calories 

Total: 245 calories

The Cold Water Diet.

If you’re drinking water that is 50 degrees Fahrenheit, (ordinary refrigerated water is generally about 10 degrees colder) then your body must burn a few calories to heat the cold water up to body temperature. For one pint of water, about 12.25 calories are burned.
-->That doesn't sound like much, but suppose you drink only 3 pints a day for a year. That would amount to almost 4500 calories or 1.4 to 3.3 pounds of weight loss per year. If the water was colder, say ice cold, or if more water was drunk, more calories would be burned and more weight would potentially be lost.
-->1 liter = 2.11 pints
(Of course, be careful as drinking waaaay too much water can be dangerous – if you’re going to do this, make sure you’re taking a vitamin too, or you run the risk of loosing too many electrolytes, which can make you pass out).
Other bonuses:
-->Drinking water makes you feel fuller, and makes your stomach stop growling.
-->Your body must burn a few extra calories just to carry the extra (but temporary) weight of the water you drink. 1 pint =1 pound. It’s like carrying a one pound weight in your hand - your body will burn a few calories simply to tote the weight around.
